I truly believe that in order to find our most joy I truly believe that in order to find our most joyful life we need to own our BIG energy🔥 I have endless clients who have beautifully big, expansive, exciting, powerful energy but are continuously shrinking fit in. My mission is to empower us to live our BIGGEST li My mission is to empower us to live our BIGGEST lives 👏🏼👏🏼 🔥Tantric work is by far some of the most beautiful, empowering and healing work I’ve ever experienced. ✨This year in my SOF energy sessions with my wonderful clients it almost always lead us to working to release blocks in the sacral chakra… 👀What I was finding over and over is that often times we’ve shut down our sexual energy, we’re holding onto guilt, shame, fear and embarrassment… and it is ultimately blocking us from our creativity, pleasure and keeping us small. 👏🏼it’s important to understand that we hold this in our body and it walks with us, dictating our reactions, our decisions, our feelings and emotions…. Without us truly realising. It’s showing us. (I have a lot to say on this!!) 🙏🏼So to be able to train in another beautiful modality tailored to honouring and empowering our beautifully sensual energy was a true honour and my clients know how excited I am to share this work!! 🌈Even more of an honour was taking my Mums training. @coach_bentley_ She’s found her calling and her magic shines through within this work. 😩Ever been disappointed when things don’t go 😩Ever been disappointed when things don’t go to plan?? SAVE THIS FOR LATER! I want to talk about possibility for a second. Imagine this. There are unlimited possibilities everyday… And.. It’s your energy that determines which ones manifest… guess what.. 🤗 That means your energy when things aren’t going to plan as well👀👀👀 This month has been testing for me I can’t lie. I had high expectations for my trip home and it’s been challenging when those aren’t met due to things completely out of our control. It would be easy to feel flat and walk around with a disappointed energy… but how does that help? 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m not saying to positively push through.. in fact I’m saying the opposite. 🙅🏻‍♀️ 🌈I’ve given myself time to work through the emotions that have come up. But I’ve also given myself a chance to listen to the lessons that are weaved throughout it all.. 🌪️And trust me there’s so much to learn. ✨One of the things I see holding me and often my clients back is the need to control the outcome and this in itself is another way we keep ourselves small. When things don’t go to plan does it mean they’ve failed ?? 💥Absolutely not. 💥 But it does if you allow it to impact your own energy! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Disappointment can be a portal to your greatest manifestations if you allow it.. 👋🏼You are far more powerful than one single emotion. You have access to limitless power within. 🧡The trick is to stop allowing our outside circumstance to dictate our thoughts, emotions, expectations and dreams.
